This custom Savage Model 12 came in as a consignment from one of our local long range shooter customers. He had it built from a standard Model 12 into what you see now - complete with a Savage target trigger, KRG stock/chassis with detachable magazine, and 26” heavy bull barrel.
It’s a fairly heavy gun, so bench shooting would be optimal for use. Current owner reported fantastic performance WAY past what I’m comfortable shooting, and indicated it has not been shot a ton since it was built. He’s looking to basically recoup a portion of what he spent to build it for another project. See photos for other details.
